In what was one of the best sports books I’ve ever read, Moneyball would be an equally great movie. Instead a rewritten script has delayed the shooting of the film, which would star Brad Pitt. Sammy Sosa joins Alex Rodriguez on the list of 104 players that tested positive for PEDs in 2003. All respect, credibility, and admiration for his accomplishments are all but out the window. The Chicago Cubs are in the midst of a seven game losing streak, falling back to .500, and in this recent stretch they have scored a grand total of ten runs. What could be the reason?
