Penn State Takes Home Men’s Volleyball Championship

In case you missed this year’s collegiate volleyball season, I’ll get you up to speed. Penn State defeated Pepperdine in this year’s championship match 3-1 on the campus of Cal-Irvine. The number one seed Nittany Lions finished the season with a record of 30-1 and won their second men’s volleyball championship in school history.
Pepperdine got out to an early lead, winning the first game 30-27. That was the wake-up call Penn State needed, who won three straight, 33-31, 30-25, 30-25 to win it. (Read More)
